Personal data processing policy

1. Data controller
Jalal Seguros, Tax ID [PENDIENTE], domiciled at [PENDIENTE], is responsible for the personal data it receives through this site and its service channels. Contact: gerencia@jalal.com.co.
2. Legal framework
This policy is governed by Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and the other Colombian rules on personal data protection.
3. Data we receive
Name, email, mobile number, city and the product you are interested in, when you write them in the request form. The AI advisor does not ask for or store personal data.
4. Purpose
To answer your analysis request, compare options across insurers, support you when buying and during claims, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or transfer your data.
5. Your rights
You can access, update, correct and delete your data, request proof of the authorisation and revoke it, and file complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce.
6. How to exercise them
Write to gerencia@jalal.com.co. We answer enquiries within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days, as required by law.
7. Authorisation and record
When you send the form you tick the authorisation, which is not ticked by default. With each request we store the version of this policy, the date and time and the language in which you accepted it.
8. Validity
This policy applies from its publication. We keep the data for as long as necessary for the purposes described and legal obligations.
